PLURIELLES is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering women and youth in Haiti. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for donations, event registrations, ticket purchases, or merchandise sales made through our official channels. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any contribution or purchase.

2. General Policy
Given the charitable nature of our work, most contributions are considered final. However, we are committed to fairness and transparency in the following scenarios:
A. Donations

Donations made to PLURIELLES are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made in cases of fraudulent transactions or significant processing errors.

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

B. Event Registrations & Tickets

Refunds for event tickets or registrations are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.

If an event is canceled by PLURIELLES, a full refund will be issued automatically.

If you are unable to attend a paid event, refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event start time, unless otherwise stated.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or requests made after the event has occurred.

C. Merchandise & Physical Goods

For items purchased through PLURIELLES (e.g., cultural products from the Odile pop-up), returns or exchanges may be available within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:

Include your full name, transaction date, order/receipt number, and reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

Donations processed more than 30 days prior to the request

Digital content or downloadable resources

Funds already allocated to active programs or distributed to partners

Events specifically advertised as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase
