About
PLURIELLES is a registered non-profit organisation based in Port-au-Prince. We empower Haitian women to drive local development and economic integration.
We are a collaborative platform where men, women, and youth unite to create change through equity, transparency, and community-led action.

Our IMPaCT
By focusing all its energy on the economic integration of women, PLURIELLES drives sustainable development in the communities it serves. We achieve this by:

• Promoting the image of Haitian women as vital contributors to the nation's civic and economic life.
• Amplifying women's Voices in decision-making processes, both within their professional sectors and within our own organisation.
• Championing equality & social inclusion for women and youth through education, training, and cultural initiatives.
• Supporting financial independence by empowering women to launch and scale their economic activities.
• Facilitating lasting dialogue, fostering ongoing exchanges among women and youth, and between our community and partner organisations, within a dynamic framework of fruitful group cooperation.
• Celebrating advocacy, marking international and national Days for Women and Youth as moments for awareness, education, and concrete action.

Our framework for impact
PLURIELLES collaborates closely with its partners and members to design and implement development programs for women and youth. To effectively execute our mission, we operate through a clear governance structure:

-
A decision-making body: the board of directors, which provides strategic guidance.

-
Four specialized executive sections focused on key pillar of our work: PLU-Vert (Environmental initiatives and sustainability); PLUR'Art (Arts, culture, and creative expression); PLU-Jeunes (Youth empowerment and leadership); PLU-Femmes (Women's economic and social advancement).

-
A Sovereign Voting Body: The General Assembly, which represents the collective voice of our membership.

Our organizational statutes outline our operational procedures to ensure transparency, efficiency, and collective ownership of our mission.
