PLURIELLES is a Haitian non-profit organisation committed to sustainable local development by empowering women and youth. Our mission is to strengthen the capacities of Haitian women and support their economic integration, serving as a catalyst for inclusive and community-driven growth.  

Through our dedicated branches, we design and implement development programs in education, vocational training, culture, environmental action, and entrepreneurship. Each initiative is tailored to the specific needs of communities in Port-au-Prince and across Haiti. Deeply rooted in the realities of the communities we serve, PLURIELLES is a driving force for social and economic change, working toward a more just, equitable, and prosperous future...one where women play a central role in leadership and transformation.​ 

PLURIELLES actively engages in international collaborations to enhance its impact and share best practices.  We partner with organizations, universities, and networks across the Caribbean, North America, and Europe to foster innovation, exchange knowledge, and amplify the voices of Haitian women and youth on the global stage.
